		<description>In 1999 I found a record of a great grandfather leaving through the Port of Oslo.  The title of the record was &#039;Digitalarkivet: Emigranter over Kristiannia havn&#039;.  I can no longer find a way to access these records.  Can you explain how you get into the Digitalarkivet?
